Transcutaneous Bilirubin (TcB) Screening. 24-48hrs of life in all neonates and/or prior to discharge. Anytime jaundice is detected. Earlier + more frequent screening if DAT positive. Frequent re-assessment if TcB close to phototherapy threshold or rapidly rising. Total Serum Bilirubin (TsB) Testing. TcB within 3 mg/dL of phototherapy threshold ................
