We opened our first Starbucks Reserve? Roastery in Seattle's vibrant Capitol Hill neighborhood in December 2014. It is an immersive and dramatic expression of our passion for coffee, located just nine blocks from our original Starbucks Pike Place store. Unreasonable passion drove us as we obsessed over every aspect of this space, from the coffees to the roasters to the custom-design pneumatic tubes that usher the beans through the building.

We welcome you in to experience the art, science and theater of coffee craft.

Your event can be customized to meet almost any need. A Roastery barista can host siphon brewing demonstrations and coffee tastings at our Lower Caf? Coffee Experience Bar. Interact with our Master Roasters throughout your event, learning more about the entire coffee process from farm to cup. Tours through the Roastery space can also be made available.

Enjoy baked Italian classics from Princi?, our on-site bakery, which caters all events. Food service is buffet-style with food refreshed throughout your event. Additionally, a cocktail bar can be setup with a menu to include beer, wine and cider.
