Starbucks managers perform a variety of job duties, such as:

? ensure all operations adhere to the guidelines set forth by the Starbucks corporate offices ? participate in daily operations, such as banking, providing customer service, cleaning, and

assisting customers with complaints ? assist baristas during busy times and provide coaching and training on a daily basis ? ensure every customer leaves the coffee shop satisfied and ready to return again ? ordering, scheduling and hiring ? create and maintain a positive work environment; engage the hearts and minds of your team and

Qualifications:

?Three years management experience within a customer-facing environment ?Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem solving skills ?Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales focused environment ?Minimum High School or GED
