EVENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

All food and beverage items served on the hotel premises must be supplied, prepared and served by the hotel's culinary team.

Alcoholic beverage service may be denied to those who appear underage or intoxicated.

Prices are established for groups of (25) or more. Additional fees apply for groups under (25).

Prices are subject to 22% service charge and 6.5% sales tax. These fees are subject to change without notice.

Unless otherwise noted, prices are per person, and are subject to change without notice. However, all contracted prices will be honored up to (6) months prior to the date of the function.

The guaranteed attendance must be confirmed no later than (72) hours in advance. In the event a guarantee is not received by that time, the number of guests will default to the 'set for' as agreed in your Banquet Event Order.

The hotel does not assume responsibility for personal property and equipment brought on to the premises. Damages to the premises will be charged accordingly.

Should advance set up or tear down be required, an additional fee may apply.

The hotel will attempt to accommodate any changes to your event requirements as outlined in the signed banquet event order. Changes and requests received less than (24) hours prior to event start will incur an additional fee.

Any displays or decorations not provided by the hotel must be approved in advance by the hotel event team. Items may not be attached to walls, doors, windows or ceiling with tape, nails or staples. You are responsible for the removal of all decorations at the conclusion of the event. Additional fees will apply.

All packages received by the hotel in advance of your event must be prepaid. Due to limited storage space, long-term storage of packages and equipment is not available. Items stored for more than (5) days will incur a storage fee. Handling and delivery fees will be assessed.

Special engineering requirements must be specified to the Catering Sales Manager no later than (3) weeks in advance of the event. Charges will apply to such requests, and are based on labor involved and power requirements.

A wide selection of rental audio visual equipment is available, and must be ordered (14) days out. Requests to bring in outside equipment not arranged through the hotel must be submitted to the Catering Sales Manager (30) days in advance, and is subject to approval. An on-site audio visual technician is not available to service any equipment not arranged through the Catering Sales Manager.
