This kit contains the items you need to become a certified barista at Starbucks. The following pages include your training plan, skill checks and your overall barista certification. This kit is yours to use and to customize at your discretion. Your barista trainer and store manager will also use this kit to help plan your training and to assess the skills you are learning. Use this kit to familiarize yourself with the skills that you need to become a certified barista. Good luck with your learning journey and remember: a great experience is delivered one person, one cup and one neighborhood at a time.
