Welcome to the LBJ Student Center's exclusive catering menu provided by Carved & Crafted Catering! Our mission is to provide you with exceptional quality, exceptional service, and a creative cutting-edge culinary experience. Our professional sta is available to assist in planning your special event Monday - Friday 8:00AM 5:00PM. Please contact our catering administrator at (512) 245-9942 for help and guidance with placing your order. For services and menus not found on this guide please refer to our Carved & Crafted Catering Menu available on txstate. As always, please contact us to create your own custom menu best designed for your theme and budget!

Weekend & After Hour Events

Orders scheduled after regular hours of operation, weekends, or holidays under $250 may be subject to an hourly server fee of 23.00 per hour.

Linen

Tablecloths are supplied for all hot bu et food service tables during events. Tablecloths for non-food tables are available for a fee. Contact our catering coordinator for more information on pricing.

Food Removal Policy

Due to health regulations, it is the policy of Carved & Crafted Catering that excess food items from events cannot be removed from the event site. Items purchased for pick up should be properly stored prior to the event and removed.

Billing and Payment

Payments will be handled through LBJ Conference Business O ce via IDT during booking.

Special Diets

Special diets are accommodated upon request. We kindly ask that you inform our team of your needs in advance so we can make the necessary accommodations.

Meeting Room & Equipment

Reservations of meeting rooms and other necessary audio/visual equipment can be made by speaking with LBJ Student Center Conference Services in room 2-12.1 of LBJ Student Center or calling (512)245-2264. For more information, please visit lbjsc.txstate.edu/services/conference.

Catering exclusivity Benefits

Carved & Crafted Catering is the exclusive on-site provider of food and beverages for the LBJ Student Center. Having entered into an exclusive food service contract with Carved & Crafted Catering, the following benefits are realized by Texas State University:

? All nutritional information, ingredients, and special dietary information is readily available upon request.

? Trained food service associates are ServSafe certified and all product is produced on-site which greatly improves food quality, freshness, and safety. Food Allergy Experts are also on-site and readily available to respond to any food allergy concern or need.

? All ingredients are sourced from licensed and insured vendors.

? All of our kitchens are routinely audited by state, internal, and 3rd party food health inspectors.

? On-site catering coordinators, who are familiar with the LBJ Student Center room layouts, are available to help you build the perfect menu to accommodate any budget or event theme.

? Catering associates are on-site and are available to respond and act quickly to any questions or concerns regarding your event.

? A portion of the revenue generated from Carved & Crafted Catering is reinvested back into the university.

Catering Exclusivity Exemptions

All food and beverages served in the LBJ Student Center must be provided and served by Carved & Crafted Catering unless one of the following exemptions are met:

? Event takes place inside an LBJ Student Center o ce ? Carved & Crafted Catering is unable to provide a service

due to the unique needs of the group (i.e. Barbeque, cultural, ethnic, or religious programming) ? Food that is donated by caterer ? Potluck and carry-in items served in meeting rooms will be considered a closed event where no money is exchanged and where food is provided and consumed by group members ? Events with a catering cost less than $250 scheduled on weekends or after 8:00PM on weeknights ? Events with a catering cost less than $150
