Director of Human Resources

Certification/Licensure: Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, Administrative Specialist, Principal

Applications are being sought for the position of Director of Human Resources in the Brecksville-Broadview Heights City School District. Brecksville-Broadview Heights City School District employs approximately 600 staff members and is located in Cleveland's southern suburbs of Brecksville and Broadview Heights.

Position Responsibilities

The Director of Human Resources is responsible for the selection process, supervision and evaluation of the certified/licensed and classified staff and for all policies and procedures related to BEA and BOSS Labor Relations, Staff Development, Entry Year Program, LPDC (Local Professional Development), Master Teacher Program, Technology, Student Suspension Appeals, and BeeKeepers Child Care Program.

Training and Experience

An appropriate administrator’s certificate/license is required for the position. Human Resource experiences are strongly preferred.

Salary and Contract

Contract: 260 Days/Year

The starting salary and fringe benefit package are established by the Administrative Salary Schedule and will depend upon the experiences and background of the candidate.

Contract to begin: August 1, 2014
