2021-2022 HIGH SCHOOL COMPLETION STATUS Your 2021-2022 application for federal student aid has been selected for verification. Please provide one of the following documents that indicate the student's high school completion status when the student will begin college in 2021-2022:

o High School Diploma: A copy of the applicant's high school diploma A copy of the applicant's final official high school transcript that shows the date when the applicant completed secondary school education

o Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma: General Educational Development (GED) certificate A State certificate received by a student after the student has passed a State-authorized examination that the State recognizes as the equivalent of a high school diploma An academic transcript of a student who has successfully completed at least a 2-year program that is acceptable for full credit toward a bachelor's degree

o Homeschool: A transcript or the equivalent, signed by the parent or guardian, that lists the secondary school courses completed by the applicant and documents the successful completion of a secondary school education A secondary school completion credential for homeschool (other than a high school diploma or its recognized equivalent) provided for under State law.

o Foreign High School: A copy of the `secondary school leaving certificate' or other similar document for applicants who completed secondary education in a foreign country.
