I certify that for the taxable period July 1, 20 , thru June 30, 20 , the vehicles listed below will be operated exclusively for the transportation, to and from a point located on a forested site, of products harvested from such forested site as prescribed by the Surface Transportation Assistance Act of 1982, and §41.4483-6 of the Federal Register relating to payment of the Federal Heavy Vehicle Use Tax. I hereby request that such vehicles be identified as Logging Trucks for registration purposes in accordance with regulations set forth by the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles.
