Description: A MOPAR SERVICE PARTS STEERING LINKAGE MAY HAVE BEEN INSTALLED DURING A PRIOR SERVICE APPOINTMENT. THE LEFT TIE ROD BALL STUD ON THE MOPAR SERVICE PARTS STEERING LINKAGE MAY FRACTURE UNDER CERTAIN DRIVING CONDITIONS.

THIS COULD CAUSE A LOSS OF DIRECTIONAL CONTROL AND/OR A CRASH WITHOUT WARNING.

Remedy: THE STEERING LINKAGE ASSEMBLY MUST BE INSPECTED AND REPLACED IF REQUIRED.

AN INFLATOR RUPTURE COULD RESULT IN METAL FRAGMENTS STRIKING AND POTENTIALLY SERIOUSLY INJURING THE VEHICLE OCCUPANT(S).

Remedy: THE PASSENGER AIRBAG INFLATOR MUST BE REPLACED.
