Compared to last week, trends for feeder calves were mixed. The first part of the week sold mostly 2.00 to 4.00 lower with some exceptions. As the week progressed
the markets got stronger trending 4.00 to 6.00 higher by weeks end. Yearling steers and heifers were steady to 2.00 higher. There was good demand throughout the week for all feeder and yearling classes. Slaughter Cows and bulls were unevenly steady with trends ranging from 3.00 lower to 3.00 higher. Demand was good for all slaughter classes.

Compared to last sale: Feeder lambs sold steady across the board in all weight and grade classes. Goats sold steady to 3.00 higher in some instances, demand for lambs and kids were very good. Aged slaughter animals sold steady with some instance on goats being up 2.00 to 4.00 higher with demand being good. 760 head received 736 sold on grade.
