Case 1

? General

? 22yo, Man c/o L-sided chest pain x 1 day

? Present Illness

? Yesterday, c/o CP after standing up to leave class.

? Pain was sharp and severe but did not affect his breathing except if he took a deep breath.

? No sweating or dizziness. No prior episodes. ? Took a cab home to Bronx and slept.

? Today, feels a little better but still has the L-sided chest pain.

? Medications: none ? Past Medical/Mental Health: none ? Surgery/Procedures/Hospitalization: none ? Social History

? Denies smoking, drug-use ? Alcohol use - couple/month ? Exercise - Does not do much exercise. 6-8 hours/day on computer.
