The City of Dallas is partnering with banks, credit unions, federal regulators, employers, church and civic leaders, and social service agencies to carry out a Bank on Dallas program that will help you use your money wisely and keep it safe.

The Bank on Dallas program will provide financial education opportunities to help enable you to manage money, begin saving, and build wealth and assets.

The Bank on Dallas financial education options include:

? General information on banking and asset building provided by the Dallas Federal Reserve Bank (available from all banks and credit unions participating in the Bank on Dallas program).

? Information on financial education is available on line such as and consumers/consumer/moneysmart, and ca/wealth

? Financial education classes may be directly available from banks and credit unions participating in the Bank on Dallas program.

Also, non profit partners of Bank on Dallas offer free financial education classes in Spanish and English. These classes will teach you about banks and credit unions, how to budget your money, how to manage checking and savings accounts, and how to improve your credit score.
