FOREWORD

The Erongo Regional Council (ERC) is established with the key objective of planning and developing the region in a sustainable manner for the benefit of the people in establishing, managing and controlling of Constituencies and Settlement areas focusing on the core services.

The Strategic Plan for the Regional Council has been developed in line with the Government aspirations as outlined in Vision 2030, the National Developmental Plans and complimenting the Harambee Prosperity Plan (HPP). This guideline forms the critical link of national high-level initiatives and the Regional Council's purpose and direction for sustainable development in the region.
