Big, beautiful, bacana & the birthplace of the infamous Caipirinha. We're the only restaurant to produce cacha?a from our own sugar cane plantation near Rio. Jo?o Luiz, our master cacha?a maker, oversees the process from harvesting the cane & fermenting the juices, to bottling the cacha?a.
