All Students MUST "settle" (pay) their Student Account to check-in to CELOP

Accessing your Student Account Balance

Go to the BU Student Link (bu.edu/studentlink). Click on the "Money Matters" tab

Select "Student Account Inquiry."

Login using your BU Login username and Kerberos Password o (If you do not have a BU Login/Kerberos Password, please email celop@bu.edu)

View Amount Due; click the blue triangle for the list of charges. o Note: All BU Students are automatically enrolled in BU Student Health Insurance Plan (SHIP). To waive SHIP, see bu.edu/celop/admissions/health-andmedical/

Payment Options

1. Credit Card/eCheck (U.S. Bank Transfer) Payment 2. International Wire Transfer 3. Check 4. (Sponsor Letter--email your sponsor letter/Financial Guarantee Letter to celop@bu.edu)

Note: CELOP does not offer Financial Aid

Option 1: Credit Card/E-check Payment (U.S. Bank Transfer)

Click "Make a Payment"; a pop-up will appear ("Message from webpage"), click "OK".

Enter the full "Amount Due" into the "Payment Amount" field; select eCheck (U.S. Bank Transfer) or Credit Card. Click Continue.

 Fill out the required credit/debit card information... o Accepted Cards: MasterCard Visa Discover American Express Diners Club JCB Union Pay

...or eCheck/U.S. bank information. o Only for U.S. BANK ACCOUNT holders. o For International Bank Transfers, please see the "International Payments" Section below.

[Ignore the "Profile Information" section]. Click continue.

On the next page, confirm your credit card or U.S. bank information and complete payment. NOTE: If your payment is rejected, it is likely because...

1. ...you do not have enough money in your debit card/bank account Please transfer more money into your bank account and try again.

2. ...your credit limit is under the required payment amount Please contact your bank to temporarily raise your credit limit and try again.

Option 2: International Wire Transfer

Choose your preferred method of payment: o Flywire (pay/bu/) o GlobalPay (student.globalpay.geo-buyer/bostonuniversity)

Fill-in the required information (for Flywire, you must also create an account). Note: you are making a payment for your Student Account. o When you finish, you will receive Payment Instructions needed to complete your bank transfer.

Bring these Payment Instructions to your bank to start the transfer. The Flywire/GlobalPay will then finish transferring the funds to Boston University.

Option 3: Check

Make your check payable to "Boston University" and in U.S. dollars (USD) only. Include your name and BU ID number on the check. Bring or mail your check to:
