Regional School Unit #19 is providing access for you to your student's records through its parent portal. In order to protect the confidentiality of student records, all parents/guardians who want to use this service are required to read the R.S.U. #19 Infinite Campus Parent Portal Guidelines.

Complete this form and return it, in person, to the school of your oldest student.

Please bring a photo ID with you when you return the form.
