HOW TO ACCESS MY CHILD'S STAAR REPORT CARD

1. Visit 2. Click on the "Log In to Student Portal"

3. If you have your child's UNIQUE ACCESS CODE already, you can simply enter that code here

along with your child's birthdate and "GO". 4. If you do not have your child's UNIQUE ACCESS CODE, then click on the "LOOKUP ACCESS CODE"

option that is highlighted in yellow below and "GO".

5. To find your child's UNIQUE ACCESS CODE, you will need to have their PEIMS ID, which is actually their Social Security Number.

6. After you have accurately entered the information in the above screen and selected the "GO" option, you should see the screen below with your child's UNIQUE ACCESS CODE auto--filled.

7. Fill in the birthdate and select "GO".

8. The screen below shows your child's test history . You can download the PDF for the student Report Card or you can click on any of the tests to see a breakdown of your child's performance on each test.

9. Select the DOWNLOAD PDFs options shown above in the YELLOW OVAL. If the student participated in a 2017 STAAR Administration, this download will produce the new Student Report Card.
