Financial Sponsorship Form - Franklin University
FINANCIAL SPONSORSHIP FORM
Students intending to enter the U.S. on an F-1 visa and/or attend Franklin University in F-1 immigration status must submit evidence of access to sufficient funds to cover one year's annual expenses if sponsored or two years of annual expenses if self-funded. Students who are unable to provide official evidence of sufficient funds are eligible to be academically admitted to the University but will not be eligible to apply for an F-1 visa or immigration status.
To demonstrate access to sufficient funds, students must submit this form, signed by both the student and the sponsor, and the sponsor's official financial statements. To be considered official, financial statements must include the sponsor's name, statement issue date, funding currency, and be stamped on the financial institution's letterhead. To be considered sufficient, financial statements must indicate liquid assets equal or greater than the funding minimums listed on this form. Sensitive information, such as account numbers, should be redacted by the sponsor.
