Parents/Students/Learning Coaches ? Sign a Master Agreement

Teachers are using a web-based archiving system to prepare MA's. This will allow teachers to email you and your student a link to sign the MA electronically, by using your computer mouse.

You will receive 2 emails from the school (one is for the parent, and one is for the student) alerting you and your student to sign a new e-document. Your enrollment is not complete until both MA's, parent and student, have been signed.

The email will be from CAVAnoreply@ and read as follows:

When you click on the link it will open the electronic MA.

Scroll down and look for two signature areas with little yellow virtual "sticky notes" pointing to where you need to sign.

Please pay attention: Is the signature request for the parent or student?

Use your mouse to sign in the white box. If you don't like your signature, use the little blue eraser to erase so you can re-sign.

If the request is for the student, please have him/her sign. Student name must be typed exactly as it appears at the top of the agreement.

Sign in all locations the "Sign Here" sticker is pointing to.

Type the name of the person signing the document in the box below, and include the date.

Don't forget to click Submit!
