Winter 2010—The Life of Joshua

Lesson 6: Joshua 23–24

Study tip of the week: Before you begin…

• Pray—ask God to help you understand the passage, see His character displayed, and see specific application for your own life.

• Always study with the intent to apply personally what you are learning, not just to get the “right answers.”

• Commit to spend a half-hour in prayer and the study of Joshua each day this week.

Day One: Read Joshua 23

1. What repeated phrase do you see in this chapter? What does that tell you about Joshua?

2. Chapter 23—Joshua’s charge to the leaders of Israel—can be divided into three sections. Describe the following divisions using a word, phrase, or sentence.
