Disc golf is an enjoyable, affordable, and active outdoor recreation or competitive activity that can be played at many of Broward County's beautiful parks. Preregistration required. This free program, in partnership with Supportabilities Foundation, will teach self-defense through non-contact boxing and promote physical fitness through adaptive exercises while enhancing physical, emotional, and social confidence.
