UKCI's Chinese Language and Culture camp offers Chinese language and culture experiences to students in the Lexington area. Our instructors immerse campers in Chinese culture through hands-on activities and games.

This year's theme is "Bite-sized China," focusing on one element of Chinese culture each day, including food, music, dance, calligraphy, painting, handicrafts, games, and martial arts.

Bricks 4 Kidz - Summer Camps using LEGO? Bricks

Join us for a fun-filled summer of fun and educational camps using LEGO? Bricks! Our camps can hold up to 20 children for a three-hour schedule. Campers are welcome to sign up for morning and afternoon sessions and bring a lunch. We work in rotating stations of four kids for model build, free play, mosaics, games, crafts or activities. All campers get to take home a customized mini-figure at the end of the week.

Club SciKidz Science & Technology Camps

A STEM day camp where every child is a scientist! Our camps specialize in hands-on, minds-on activities for children going into Pre-K through 8th grade. We offer a large variety of interesting camps including Video Game Creation, Veterinary Medicine, Minecraft programming, Engineering, Space, Paleontology, Biology, Chemistry, Oceanography, Robotics, drones and much more!

Each camp inspires interest in science and technology by involving kids in the creation of hands-on experiments and take-home projects. Many of our camps have expertise of visiting professionals too. For example, campers will hear from actual veterinarians and crime scene investigators for Emergency Vet and CSI camps. High school students may choose from a variety of camps: Culinary, Advanced Culinary, Baking & Pastry, Advanced Baking & Pastry, Cybersecurity, Graphic Design, Interior Design, Vex Robotics, Web Development and Medical Camp. Week of Code Summer Camp

What if your child spent their summer learning to make apps instead of playing them? This camp, designed for 10- to15-year-old students, introduces the fundamentals of coding. Students will create websites, mobile apps, and video games all while having fun with our energetic team.

By the end of the week, each student will have built at least one web page, app, and video game using programming languages like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Arduino w/C++, and Unity 3D w/C#. The camp is kept small to ensure everyone gets focused attention and learns at their pace.

More than just coding - Week of Code boosts creativity, logical thinking skills, and brain power! In addition to programming time aside, campers will interact with our upbeat team for unplugged activities and games. Week of Code is a blend of computer programming, problem-solving, and teamwork!

Plaid Elephant Props is thrilled to offer our Dungeons and Dragons Summer Camps once again. Each week in June and July, Plaid Elephant offers age-appropriate adventures for kids and teens. This year we are expanding the camp selection to include a Dungeon Master 101 and a Miniature Painting camp in addition to the more traditional adventure sessions. Most camps are one week long; however, after reviewing the feedback we received last year, the camps for older adventurers have a two-week option.
