Operations Intern ? Atlanta, GA

Job Description:

- Work with the City Operations Director (COD) to help produce our products, refine our process, and implement best practices with our clothing care and driver teams

- Assist the team with day to day operations while working on projects focused on process improvement, employee productivity, quality assurance, and delivery optimization.

- Learn the essential elements or running a business: managing a P&L statement, hiring and interviewing, giving performance reviews, project management, and developing new initiatives.

Desired Qualifications:

- Strong interest in working in an early stage business. - Previous people leadership, preferred but not required. - Familiarization with G-Suite and Microsoft Office - Previous experience solving problems analytically. - Rising junior or above

Customer Care & Centralized Ops Intern ? Charlotte, NC

Job Description:

- Assist with customer outreach as part of our ongoing Customer Insights initiative, a joint program with our Marketing Team to learn about our customers' behavior and experience with 2ULaundry.

- Present findings to Customer Care & Marketing Teams. Findings will help shape future campaigns, digital product enhancements, service offerings, and general customer experience improvements.

- Own various research projects, including competitor analysis, and build a proposal for a customer insurance program, which you present to 2ULaundry's leadership team.

- Document standard operating procedures and the help build the playbook we will use to expand into new markets.

- Assist team with other departmental projects and support as needed.

Desired Qualifications:

- Strong interest in working in an early stage business. - Previous experience researching and solving problems analytically. - Familiarization with G-Suite and Microsoft Office - Previous customer service or call center experience, preferred but not required.

Marketing Intern ? Atlanta

Summary of Role:

2ULaundry is hiring a marketing intern for the Summer of 2019. In this role, you will be working across the whole marketing department with special projects that you can take from ideation through execution. If you want to make an impact and see your work come to life, then this is the right fit for you.

This is a very unique opportunity to learn about each function of marketing with executing a specific 1-3 week project in each role. You'll be working directly with each individually with focuses on customer acquisition, customer retention, business development, campaign analysis and performance, project management, and brand building.

- Current college student at Wake Forest University who is looking to build a career in marketing - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Access to a laptop and mobile phone - Proficiency in or working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) is a plus
