It comes on CD Rom, along with a fabulous instructional CD!Great coworker gift to prepare a healthcare directive, simple Will and Durable Power of Attorney for your coworkers and family members, single moms, etc.! I always ask my friends, coworkers and family members, "If you were ever in a coma, or if you were hit by a semi tractor trailer on the highway & there's an $18 million settlement, who would you want to make a decision at the hospital when the doctors ask, or receive the $18 million settlement?"I have prepared the simple will, durable power of attorney and healthcare directive for ALL of my family members and coworkers. When people say, "Oh, I'll get it done on my own", I always ask, "How old are you?" When they answer, I say, "Okay, so in [45] years, DID you get it done?" The answer is always no! So then they want me to go ahead and help them get these simple documents done. I LOVE this kit!It's a money maker, too. If you can type, you can make money. I find that anyone will pay me $20 to get these documents done, too! They're so simple - just fill in the blanks! I'm a notary. Just pay a $75 year bond (google search notary bonds), ordered a $15 notary stamp (google search & order it online) and completed a form for Secretary of State.
