|In 100 people receiving Isotretinoin, more than 20 and up to 100 may have: |

|Anemia which may cause tiredness, or may require blood transfusions |

|Dry eye, skin, mouth, nose |

|Redness and pain around lips |

|Pain of the joints and muscles |

|Headache |

|Nose bleed |

|Blisters on the skin |

|Hair loss |

|Increased risk of sunburn |

|Itching |

|OCCASIONAL, SOME MAY BE SERIOUS |

|In 100 people receiving Isotretinoin, from 4 to 20 may have: |

|Hearing loss and ringing in the ears |

|Blurred vision with chance of blindness |

|Cloudiness of the eye, visual disturbances |

|Internal bleeding which may cause black tarry stool, blood in vomit |

|Blood clot |

|Allergic reaction which may cause rash, low blood pressure, wheezing, shortness of breath, swelling of the face or throat |

|Hepatitis which may cause yellow eyes and skin |

|Bruising, bleeding |

|Infection, especially when white blood cell count is low |

|Damage to the muscles |

|Nail changes |

|Severe skin rash with blisters and peeling which can involve mouth and other parts of the body |

|Fainting |

|Seizure |

|Stroke which may cause paralysis, weakness |

|Change in personality |

|Depression |

|State of mind that involves a "loss of contact with reality" |

|Thoughts of suicide |

|Violent behavior |

|Blockage of the airway which may cause shortness of breath, cough, wheezing |
