These Shows will accept entries in Obedience/Rally for All-American Dogs enrolled in the AKC Canine
Partners Program.
"Generators and other internal combustion power sources shall be separated from the tents and
canopies by a minimum of 20 feet and shall be isolated from contact with the public by fencing,
enclosure or other approved means."
At this time, there are no COVID regulations.
This is subject to change based on CDC guidelines at the time of the show.

Camper Parking - $35.00 per day with electric, $25.00 per day for non electric. (One camper per site).
Modern bath houses. Water available. Dump station.
CAMPING PRE-REGISTRATION FORMS ARE ENCLOSED. RESERVATIONS OPEN AUGUST 10, 2021.
NONE WILL BE ACCEPTED IF POSTMARK PRIOR TO AUGUST 9, 2021. NO HAND DELIVERIES
Free Parking & Admission.
Acres of lawn and trees. Many Special Activities all weekend.
NO FLEXI LEADS ALLOWED ON SHOW SITE. No Ex-Pens left in Parking Lot Overnight
NO CRATES OR TABLES OF ANY KIND WILL BE ALLOWED UNDER THE CONFORMATION TENTS.
CHAIRS WILL BE ALLOWED AT THE SHOW CHAIRPERSON'S DISCRETION.
NEW YORK STATE LAW REQUIRES CURRENT RABIES CERTIFICATES FOR ALL DOGS IN PARK.
Only official cluster committee golf carts will be allowed on the show site.
"Motorized scooters, bicycles, golf carts and other non-registered motor vehicles are prohibited in Sampson
State Park. No Riding of Bicycles or Motorized Bikes on Show Grounds during Show Hours. This
prohibition does not include electric wheelchairs or similar devices designed specifically for use by the
physically impaired and being used by the person with the recognized handicap."
All persons on the grounds of the Wine Country Circuit dog shows, waive the right to claim damages
against a club member who must forcibly enter a vehicle to rescue a dog in obvious life-threatening
distress.
Wine Country Circuit Dog Shows is NOT providing electric for the Grooming Tents or Vendors. There
will be designated areas for personal generators. You must bring extra electric cords to run from the
generators to your setup. Wine Country Circuit is not responsible for personal generators.
No Buses in 2021
ALL NEW YORK STATE TRAFFIC LAWS as well as all park traffic laws will be strictly enforced and
violators will be ticketed.
NO UNAPPROVED DOG ACTIVITIES will be allowed within the Sampson State Park boundaries for this
four-day show weekend.
VENDOR SPACE (by invitation only).
MANDATORY RECYCLING is required in New York State Parks.
Dr. Kern (Cornell University) will conduct a Eye Clinic from 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. Saturday.
Pre-Registration is required.
Dr. Sydney Moise, Cornell University, will conduct a Cardiovascular Clinic on Saturday
9:00 AM - 4:00 P.M. - Walk in Only. No Appointments.
ROUTES TO SHOW
From New York State Thruway - Exit 42. Route 14 South to Routes 5 & 20. East on Routes 5 & 20 to
Route 96A South. Continue on 96A South approximately 11.5 miles to Sampson State Park.
From South - from Watkins Glen take Route 414 North to Ovid. At the Red Light turn Left onto Route
96A North. Continue approximately 6 miles to Sampson State Park.

All forms of "Commercial" Photography in Sampson State Park and on the Wine Country Circuit
show grounds, is prohibited without written permits issued by the dog clubs and the park.

hours a day. It is located in Ithaca, NY about a one hour drive from the show

Slight right onto E. Martin Luther King Jr. St/E State Street (About 1 minute). Turn
left onto Mitchell Street. Turn left onto Ithaca Road (about 1 minute). Turn right onto
NY-366E/Dryden Road. (About 2 minutes). Turn left onto Tower Road (about 1
minute). Take the 1st right onto Campus Road. Turn left (Destination will be on the
left).
Exhibitors should follow their veterinarians' recommendation to assure their dogs are free of
internal and external parasites, any communicable diseases and have appropriate vaccinations.

NOTICE TO EXHIBITORS
ENTRY FEE: See Page 62 for complete entry fees.
CLOSING DATE for entries 12:00 Noon, Wednesday, September 15, 2021 (at Superintendent's Office) after which
entries cannot be accepted, cancelled or substituted except as provided for in Chapter 14, Section 6 of the Dog
Show Rules.
THE SHOW, OBEDIENCE & RALLY TRIAL will be open from 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.
A RECORDING FEE OF $.50 & an Event Service Fee of $3.00 will be required for each dog entered at any Licensed
or Member Club Show, Obedience Trial or Tracking Test. If a dog is entered in more than one class in the show,
the AKC Recording Fee & Service Fee is to be collected on the first entry only. (AKC Rules Applying to Dog
Shows, Chapter 11, Section 2). An AKC Recording Fee of $3.00 will be required for each entry in any Licensed
or Member Club Rally Trial. If a dog is entered in more than one class in a Rally event, the AKC Recording Fee
is to be collected on each of the entries of that dog. (AKC Rally Regulations, Chapter 1, Section 3). All Recording
Fees are paid to the American Kennel Club.
RETURNED CHECKS do not constitute a valid entry fee. The Superintendent will add a $20.00 collection fee
to the amount of each returned check. Subsequent returned checks from the same exhibitors may result in their
being put on a CASH ONLY basis.
TELEGRAPH, TELEPHONE and UNSIGNED ENTRIES CANNOT BE ACCEPTED.
ENTRIES NOT ON OFFICIAL AKC ENTRY FORMS AND PHOTOCOPIES OF ENTRY FO RMS without the
Agreement and Rules on the reverse side of the Official AKC Entry Form are NOT ACCEPTABLE.
MAIL ALL ENTRIES WITH FEES TO Jim Rau Dog Shows, Ltd., P. O. Box 6898, Reading, PA 19610.
ENTRIES RECEIVED WITHOUT FEES will not be accepted.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ENTRIES will be made as soon as practicable with tickets and/or identification cards.
The person accompanying a dog must show tickets of admission and identification before the dog will be
received. SHOULD SUCH ACKNOWLEDGMENT NOT BE RECEIVED BY THE EXHIBITOR within
a reasonable time, please notify Jim Rau Dog Shows, Ltd., (610) 376-1880.
MAKE ALL CHECKS AND MONEY ORDERS PAYABLE TO Jim Rau Dog Shows, Ltd. Please mail
checks or money orders with entries. Superintendent assumes no responsibility for cash sent through
the mail.
CANADIAN EXHIBITORS make fees payable in U.S. FUNDS.
NO ENTRY SHALL BE MADE AND NO ENTRY SHALL BE ACCEPTED WHICH SPECIFIES ANY
CONDITIONS AS TO ITS ACCEPTANCE.
ENTRY FEES shall not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by Veterinarian
or Judge, or barred from competition by action of Show Committee. If because of riots, civil
disturbances or other acts beyond the control of the management it is impossible to open or to
complete the show, no refund of entry fee will be made.
ERRORS ON ENTRY BLANKS. Owners are responsible for errors in making out entry forms, whoever
may make such errors, and no entry fee will be refunded in event of such errors or cancellation of
entries after the published closing date.
NO REFUND FOR DUPLICATE ENTRIES. We will make every effort to find all duplicate entries,
but if a dog has been processed, no refund will be made.
CONSULT JUDGING PROGRAM FOR TIME OF JUDGING.
DOGS MAY ARRIVE any time prior to their scheduled time of judging. DOGS NOT REQUIRED for further
judging will be excused.
JUDGES WILL NOT WAIT FOR ANY DOG HOLDING UP A CLASS. Owners or agents alone are
responsible for the presence of their dogs in the judging ring when their classes are called to be
judged. The show-giving club and the superintendent have no obligation or responsibility for providing
service through a public address system or stewards or runners for the purpose of calling or locating
dogs that are not brought into the ring when required.
ALL DOGS PRESENT must be held on leash or confined to their crates except when being judged or
when in the exercising ring.
CLASS CASH PRIZES will be paid in the ring to the person showing the dog. Claims for prize money
must be made in the ring before the judging of that breed is over, and the Superintendent to be advised
at once. The Superintendent and Show-giving Club may disclaim any liability for cash prizes after
the judging of the breed is over.
THE SHOW COMMITTEE/SUPERINTENDENT will use due care and diligence for the welfare of dogs
and exhibitors, but will not be responsible for, nor assume any liability in the event of an accident or
misfortune to either dogs or exhibitors participating in this show.
ENTRY FORM CHANGES, additions or corrections MUST be received in writing or by telegram prior to
the closing of entries. Those received by telephone are NOT acceptable.
IF, BECAUSE OF RIOTS, civil disturbances or other acts beyond the control of the management, it is
impossible to open or to complete the show, no refund of entry will be made.
THE SHOW-GIVING CLUB, the Show Superintendent, their agents, employees, etc., assume no
responsibility for any loss, damage or injury sustained by exhibitors, handlers or to any of their dogs
or property and further assume no responsibility of injury to children not under the control of their
parents or guardians.

NOTE - Foreign dogs are eligible for Puppy Classes and Open Classes, effective January 1, 1985.
FLEXI-LEADS NOT ALLOWED ON SHOW GROUNDS.
CREDIT CARD ENTRIES, REGARDLESS OF METHOD SUBMITTED, are processed through the FAX
program and will be charged a $4.00 per dog per show processing fee. A $10.00 Service Charge will
be applied to any invalid/declined credit card.
Effective May 1, 2006 an administrative fee of $2.00 will be withheld from all refunds for entries
cancelled prior to the closing of entries.
