Do you suffer from swollen limbs, swollen joints, swollen ankles or any other chronic swelling? Due you know the cause of your swelling? Is the swelling still present first thing in the morning, after having rested all night?

What is Lymphoedema?

Secondary Lymphoedema is often the result of surgical intervention or by severe injury.

• Radiotherapy Skin Damage

• Relief of numerous Chronic and Sub-acute Inflammation, incl. Sinusitis, Bronchitis, Hay fever and Rhinitis

• Relief of Chronic Pain

• Regeneration of Tissue including Burns, Wound, Stretch Marks and Wrinkles

• Stimulation of the Immune System

Management of Lymphoedema

MLD: Manual Lymphatic Drainage

is a special very light form of massage. It should not, however, be confused with or regarded as a substitute for conventional recreational massage. The purpose of MLD is to move lymph fluid from a swollen, congested region into the parts of the lymphatic system which are still functioning, from where the lymph fluid can then be transported away, easing any swelling.

CDT: Complex Decongestive Therapy

• Phase 1: Oedema reduction

• Phase 2: Stabilisation and Optimisation
