|( name of organization, if applicable ) |

|( otherwise, delete this and leave it blank ) |

For the sum of $ 150, Mark Davies / Brigham Young University sells to the buyer listed above the following items (collectively the “Data”):

▪ 320,000 synonyms for 29,000 headwords, along with part of speech information, from the Corpus del Español (). Approved for commercial use.

Unless there is an addendum to this agreement, the following are limitations on the use of the data in other applications (printed or electronic), where "Application" refers to the product that is sold commercially:

▪ The frequency data and the frequency-ranked list that is available to the end users of another Application cannot be substantially the same as that in the list from the Data. The basic criteria is that if the Data could be reverse-engineered from another Application and could be used to re-create something substantially similar to the frequency list that you purchase from us, then that re-use of the Data is not permissible.

Please enter below a short description of how you plan to use the Data:

Note that in no case can the Data be distributed beyond the organization listed above (buyer). A small, unique change has been made to each list that is sold, and this can serve as a "fingerprint" to identify the particular list as the source. If the Data is found outside of the organization listed above, or in possession of someone who is not in the current employ of that organization, and if the source of the Data can be traced to the organization listed above, the buyer will be liable for additional charges.
