Here at Northrop Grumman in Azusa we have a job opening for an EHS professional. the job description is as fallows:
Description:
Safety Engineer with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in occupational safety or a related discipline and at least ten years of applicable safety and industrial hygiene experience. At least five years experience must be in an aerospace manufacturing environment. Must have Certified Safety Professional
(CSP) designation. Candidates with a CSP and CIH (certified Industrial
Hygienist) designation and experience in system safety engineering will be preferred. Should have experience in Cal-OSHA's VPP program maintenance. Excellent communication skills are also required with the ability to deal effectively with all levels of operations and management. Experience and/or training in ergonomics and behavioral based safety systems are considered a plus. Candidate must be well versed in Microsoft applications. Security Clearance required. BS + 5-8 years experience. Security Clearance Required.
