WMH appearance on T1w MPRAGE and T2. MRI FLAIR (A) shows extensive confluent WMH. On MRI T1w MPRAGE, there is corresponding T1 hypointensity (arrow) in the regions affected by WMH, with T1 signal intensity greater than CSF and similar to that of normal-appearing gray matter. ................
