[Pages:3]FOODSERVICE DIRECTOR'S RANKING OF THE NATION'S STANDOUT NONCOMMERCIAL OPERATIONS IS BACK.

LARGE AND IN CHARGE

W ould last year's Top 100 Noncommercial Operations stand the test of time? That's what FSD set out to discover in our second annual presentation of B&I, C&U, K-12 and hospital locations by 2016 food

and beverage sales (or in the case of senior living, the largest 2016 resident capacity).

As it turns out, a lot can change in a year. While the New York City Department of Education (K-12), Brookdale Senior Living and Microsoft's

Redmond Campus (B&I) held on to their top spots, there were some pretty big shakeups among the higher rankings in C&U and hospitals. Flip through for our 2017 rankings, and visit for 2016's complete list. --FSD Editors
