|AS 4901-1998 |Subcontract Conditions |

| |(Supersedes AS 2545-1993) |

| |Provides a set of compatible subcontract conditions involving site work on projects where AS 4000-1997 is in use as the head |

| |contract between the main contractor and the principal. |

|AS 4902-2000 |General Conditions of Contract for Design and Construct |

| |Sets out general conditions of contract for design and construct. The Standard is part of the suite of contract conditions based|

| |on AS 4000-1997 and is suitable for design and construct, design development and construct and design novate and construct |

| |project procurement methods. |

|AS 4903-2000 |General Conditions of Subcontract for Design and Construct |

| |(Supersedes AS 4303-1995) |

| |Sets out general conditions of subcontract for design and construct. The Standard is part of the suite of contract conditions |

| |based on AS 4000-1997 and is suitable for design and construct, design development and construct and design novate and construct|

| |project procurement methods. |

|AS 4905-2002 |Minor Works Contract Conditions (Superintendent Administered) |

| |(Supersedes AS 4305-1996) |

| |Specifies a form of contract to be used for construct only projects of a simple nature. It is not suitable for projects of a |

| |complex or long term nature or where a bill of quantities has been prepared. There is also no provision for separable portions |

| |or nominated subcontracts. This version of this form of Contract does not provide for its administration by a Principal. |

|AS 4906-2002 |Minor Works Contract Conditions (Principal Administered) |

| |(Supersedes AS 4305-1996) |

| |This Standard is intended to be used for construct only projects of a simple nature and of limited monetary value. It is not |

| |suitable for projects of a complex or long term nature or where a bill of quantities has been prepared. There is also no |

| |provision for separable portions or selected subcontracts. |

|AS 4910-2002 |General Conditions of Contract for the Supply of Equipment With Installation |

| |(Supersedes AS 2987 to 2988-1987) |

| |Sets out an agreement for the supply of equipment, including building elements, which is purpose-built or manufactured and which|

| |includes installation. |

|AS/NZS 4911-2003 |General Conditions of Contract for the Supply of Equipment Without Installation |

| |(Supersedes AS/NZS 4911-1998) |

| |Sets out general conditions of contract for the supply of equipment which is purpose-built or manufactured, including equipment |

| |such as building elements. Where equipment is being supplied for use at different times or stages, separable portions may be |

| |appropriate. If installation is required, AS 4910-2002 for Supply of Equipment with Installation, should be used. |

|AS 4912-2002 |General Conditions of Contract for the Periodic Supply of Goods |

| |Sets out a contract for the periodic supply of items of goods. This Standard is part of the suite of conditions of contract |

| |based on AS 4000-1997 General Conditions of Contract. |

|AS 4915-2002 |Project Management – General Conditions |

| |Sets out an agreement to be used where a particular project requires a project manager to undertake the carrying out of the work|

| |through to completion of the services, and includes variations to the services. Also includes annexures for the project |

| |management task list, procurement, construction, completion and handover, together with the project management fee structure. |

| |The agreement is suitable for use in a wide variety of industries including the construction industry and the information |

| |technology industry. |

|AS 4916-2002 |Construction Management – General Conditions |

| |Specifies a contract for projects that require a Construction Manager to undertake the carrying out of the work through to the |

| |completion of services. Includes variations to the services, a Construction Management task list, and provision for Construction|

| |Management fees. This Standard is part of the suite of contracts based on AS 4000-1997, General Conditions of Contract. |

|AS 4917-2003 |Construction Management Trade Contract – General Conditions |

| |Sets out general conditions of contract for a construction management trade contract, to be used for trade works. This practical|

| |trade document is part of a suite of conditions of contract based on AS 4000-1997. |

|AS 4919-2003 |General Conditions of Contract for the Provision of Asset Maintenance and Services (Superintendent's Version) |

| |Sets out general conditions of contract for maintenance and other services, and intended to be used where services are generally|

| |performed on the premises of the Principal and are administered through a Superintendent. Part of a suite based on AS 4000-1997.|

| |(Where a Superintendent is not engaged, use AS 4920-2003. If a short version is required, use AS 4921-2003.) These conditions of|

| |contract are not suitable for construction and other non-service projects, professional consulting services or supply of |

| |equipment. |

|AS 4920-2003 |General Conditions of Contract for the Provision of Asset Maintenance and Services (Principal's Version) |

| |Sets out general conditions of contract for maintenance and other services, and intended to be used where services are generally|

| |performed on the premises of the Principal and a Principal's representative is used. Part of a suite based on AS 4000-1997 |

| |(Where a Superintendent is engaged, use AS 4919-2003. If a short version is required, use AS 4921-2003). These conditions of |

| |contract are not suitable for construction and other non-service projects, professional consulting services or supply of |

| |equipment. |

|AS 4921-2003 |General Conditions of Contract for the Provision of Asset Maintenance and Services (Short Version) |

| |Sets out a short version of general conditions of contract for maintenance and other services, as part of a suite based on AS |

| |4000-1997 (See also AS 4919-2003 and AS 4920-2003). Intended to be used where services are generally performed on the premises |

| |of the Principal. These conditions of contract are not suitable for construction and other non-service projects, professional |

| |consulting services or supply of equipment. |

| |Sets out conditions of contract for small scale construction works and forms part of the suite of conditions of contract based |

| |on AS 4000-1997, General Conditions of Contract. |
