Central Idea (Main Goal): Brownie Cupcakes: how to bake them and make them your own.

Attention Grabber: Do you like brownies? How about cupcakes? Well know you can have both! I am here today to tell you how to make brownie cupcakes.

Baking is nothing if you don’t know what you need.

I. Ingredients

a. You will need ¼ cup semisweet chocolate chips.

b. Also ¼ cup butter; cubed is needed.

c. And 1 egg.

d. ¼ cup of sugar will come in handy.

e. You also need ¼ teaspoon of pure vanilla extract.

f. You will use ¼ cup all-purpose flour.

g. ¼ cup of chopped pecans is optional for the brownie cupcakes.

Just knowing what the ingredients are isn’t much use, so now it’s time you learned what to do with them.

II. Preparation

a. First you need to preheat the oven to 325degrees F. Then line the cupcake pan with paper liners.

b. After that you melt butter and chocolate chips together over low heat; then let that cool.

c. The next step is to beat eggs and sugar together until thoroughly combined. Then mix flour and vanilla extract into the egg mixture. You then fold in chocolate mixture until smooth. Pour the resulting batter into cupcake cups and fill about ½ full.

d. Then you bake for about 30 min. or until a toothpick comes out free of crumbs.

Now that you’ve made your brownie cupcake how do you make it yours.

III. How to make it your own

a. BROWNIE SUNDAE: You just add ice cream and your desired toppings on top of the brownie and you’re good to go. (TOPPINGS: Hot Fudge, whipped cream, fresh fruit crushed candy bars, chocolate sprinkles/morsels, chopped nuts etc.)

b. You can add any icing to fit any occasion.

c. You can also add any desired topping or no topping at all.

Now you know all you need to know to bake a brownie cupcake.
