The Centre for Training & Projects Development (Pty) Ltd is inviting applications from suitably qualified people who are passionate to join our dynamic team in transforming our organization into a fully-fledged Institute of Business & Technology specializing in Vocational, Technical and Professional educational programs from NQF Level 2 to NQF Level 7.

Centre Managers: Windhoek, Swakopmund & Ongwendiva - 3 Posts

Responsible for meeting the Centre's Key Performance Indicators; Ensuring Centre's Compliance to Policies, Systems, Procedures and Budgeting & Budgetary Controls. Must be goal oriented with strong Christian Values, multi-skilled to handle stressful work situations; good communicator & team player; etc. Degree or Diploma in Business or Management or any other related qualification & work experience in education sector.

Heads of School of Business Management: Windhoek, Swakopmund & Ongwendiva Centres - 3 Posts

Responsible for effective implementation of Policies, Management of Vocational/Technical & Professional related Educational programs Students' engagement, experience and success. Must have strong Christian Values, experience in the Technical or Professional Education sector. Must have a relevant Technical/Professional Degree.

Lecturers: Automotive Engineering; IT & Computing; Mechanical, Manufacturing & E/E Engineering and Construction

(Civil) Engineering Programs (Windhoek, Swakopmund & Ongwendiva) Responsible for technical teaching & learning of students at NQF Levels 2 to 7, aligning curriculums with local industry skills needs, developing students' practical skills and competencies, etc. Must have strong Christian Values and experience in Teaching Technical or Professional related Programs. Must have relevant Technical or Professional Degree qualification.

Lecturers: Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, Management and Strategic Leadership, Logistics & Transport, Procurement &

Supply, Digital Marketing & Accounting Programs (Windhoek, Swakopmund & Ongwendiva)

Responsible for teaching BTEC Level 3 National Extended Diploma in Forensic and Criminal Investigation; BTEC Level 3 National Extended Diploma in Biomedical Science; BTEC Levels 3-5 Diploma in Health and Social Care Courses. Must have strong Christian Values and relevant

Technical or Professional Degree qualification.

Personal Assistant to the CEO (Head Office)

Responsible for managing the CEO's Office and its work schedules; coordinating KPIs with respective managers; dealing with the institutes' strategic partners, examinations bodies and quality control agencies, etc. Fluent in English and Afrikaans. Must have strong Christian Values and a

Diploma or Degree in Law or Administration.

Lecturers: Aviation (Transportation Operations and Maintenance) Vocational/Technical Programs (Windhoek, Swakopmund & Ongwendiva)

Responsible for teaching BTEC Level 3 Certificate in Aviation Operations and BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Aviation Operations. Must have relevant Technical or Professional Degree qualification.

Heads of Call Centre & Administration (Windhoek, Swakopmund & Ongwendiva)

Responsible for management of call center, students' recruitment, engagement, affairs and success. Must have a Vocational or Technical

Qualification plus experience in vocational, technical or professional education work environment

Business Accountant (Head Office)

Responsible for execution of all the organizational accounting & finance KPIs, managing & controlling budgets, cash flow, credit and debtors, producing financial accounts up the final statements. Must have strong

Christian Values and be in possession of ACCA, CIMA, AAT or Degree in Accounting with +3 years of Accounting Experience.

Compliance & Assurance Officer (Part-Time Position - Head Office)

This is a New Part-Time position that is responsible for monthly monitoring & evaluation of internal implementation of the institutional Strategic Goals,

KPIs, Policies, Systems, Procedures and Handling Staff Disciplinary Matters. Must have strong Christian Values and proven experience and

Diploma or Degree in Law or Corporate Governance with very strong personal & professional values.
