31. Yes, against the then S.H-O lnsp.Durga Prasad Inquiry was initiated. Insp.DurgaPrasad is now A.C.P and is posted at C&T at P.H.Q. Departmental inquiry was also initiated against S.I Satya Prakash who at present is posted as S.H.O Narcotics at P.S Kamla Market.

32. One case vide F.I.R No.785/84 was re-opened by the Riot cell while the other case vide F.I.R No-25/93 was also registered and investigated by Riot cell.

33. Yes the higher officials visited the area of the P.S and their movement is given in the A.C.P. report in file no. I at page no.2 to 18 alongwith date and time.

34. Army arrived in the police station area on 2.11.84 and regarding deployment no record is available.

35. Relief centers were located in Mess of the police station and also tent was erected at the Police station compound for the relief of the victims.
