Paid Time Off (PTO) requests are to be submitted through the Intersourcing website.
To start the process, log into Intersourcing and click on the "Myself" tab and click on "PTO Requests".
1
Select the "+" (add) button in the top right corner of the screen.
2
The "Type" of PTO is automatically selected by default. Enter your "From" and "To" dates. IMPORTANT: For "Total Hours", the system will automatically count each day requested as 8 hours
by default. For this reason, always be sure to override the "Total Hours" field to reflect the exact number of hours you are requesting. Enter your "Notes" (i.e. reason for request). Click the "Save" button in the top right corner of the webpage.
3
After you save the PTO Request, the system then shows you a summary and approval screen.
To submit your request, click on the "Save" icon again. IMPORTANT: Your request will not be submitted until you click to save the 2nd time.
