AND

A Word for the Women

You've heard the saying "to everything there is a season" right? As spring turns to summer, change is all around and the SSBC Women's Ministry is no exception. We are starting a new chapter in the life of this fantastic ministry, and we want ALL women of Silver Springs to write part of the story. Our goal is to start fresh by bathing this ministry, and the women it serves, in prayer. We know that if God is in EVERYTHING then ANYTHING is possible! We want that to always be our first thought whenever a challenge seems too great or a sadness too consuming. We are Women of Power, and God has given us a natural ability to lead, encourage, love, and serve. We were blessed with an amazing lecture on this subject during the 2015 Ladies' Luncheon on Saturday, June 20. Around 70 ladies gathered to fellowship and learn together what it means to Keep it Classy in a Trashy World. We were given encouragement and charged to be the ladies of Christ we were designed to be. Ladies of Silver Springs, let's not waste that gift and the opportunities it directs us to.
