Duties/Responsibilities:

• Your primary responsibility will involve communicating with external vendors and internal teams to set up the technical environment for delivery of IT training courses including:

o setting up the hardware/software configuration

o relocating equipment

o providing support while the course is in session

• Maintenance (and possibly design) of the e-Learning and other training databases

Requirements/Qualifications:

• (X)HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• Troubleshooting Windows 2000/XP desktop environment

• Strong problem solving, written, and verbal communication skills

• Knowledge/experience of the following would be preferred:

o LAN/WAN and various other Networking Technologies

o Macromedia Flash and Microsoft Office Suite

o Norton Ghost
