Directors' Report

The direct ors of ETFS Management (AUS) Limit ed (t he " Responsible Ent it y" ), t he Responsible Ent it y of ETFS Morningst ar Global Technology ETF (t he " Fund" ), present t heir int erim report t oget her wit h t he condensed f inancial st at ement s of t he Fund, f or t he half -year ended 31 December 2018 and t he audit or's report t hereon.

Fund Obj ectives

The Fund aims t o provide invest ors wit h a ret urn t hat (bef ore f ees and expenses) t racks t he perf ormance of t he Morningst ar Developed Market s Technology Moat Focus Index (t he " Index" ).

The Fund aims t o t rack t he perf ormance of t he Index by holding all of t he shares t hat make up t he Index, in t he proport ion closely mirroring t he Index. All asset s of t he Fund are held in segregat ed account s wit h t he Cust odian, JPMorgan Chase Bank N. A. (Sydney Branch).

The Fund is an Exchange Traded Fund (" ETF" ) and can be t raded by invest ors on t he Aust ralian Securit ies Exchange (" ASX" ); ETFs can be bought and sold like any ot her share t hrough normal brokerage account s.

Principal Activities

The Fund commenced it s operat ions on 7 April 2017. The Fund is current ly list ed on t he ASX. The admission dat e was 11 April 2017.

The Fund invest ed in accordance wit h t he provisions of t he Fund's Const it ut ion. There were no signif icant changes in t he nat ure of t he Fund's act ivit ies during t he half -year ended 31 December 2018.

The Fund did not have any employees during t he half -year ended 31 December 2018.
