Due to the promotion, retirement and other reasons for employees to change positions by definition the IRS states the directory is out of date even before it is printed. This version provided to me as of July 18, 2012. It is hoped that from time to time this directory can be updated and made available for practitioners.
Please do not provide this directory to those not tax practitioners. Each state begins on a new page. States are in alphabet order.
