To draw upon relevant specialist skills and knowledge in providing Occupational Health expertise in the Duty Office responding to ad hoc queries for staff and managers and supporting the day to day clinical service delivery. To provide efficient and appropriate triage of Management and Self Referrals ensuring staff/clients are assessed and referred appropriately as to their presenting need. To support the Senior Management Team with the implementation of developments and improvements within the service.To provide direct line management and support to junior clinical staff.
