Dear Parent/Guardian:

Clear Creek ISD is required at both the State and Federal levels to share annual report cards to parents and guardians about your campus's individual characteristics, academic performance as well as state-, district- and campus-level data. This required reporting is accomplished through the sharing of two distinct report cards: The School Report Card and the Federal Report Card.

School Report Card The School Report Card (SRC) is required by the Texas Legislature and prepared by the Texas Education Agency. The report provides information concerning student performance on the State of Texas Assessments of Academic Readiness (STAAR), as well as information on student enrollment, class size averages, and financial expenditures.

State law requires that the School Report Card display information about the state, the District, and the school. The report for our school may or may not have all the information described because the information presented depends on whether the school is an elementary, intermediate, or high school.

Click here to access the 2017-2018 School Report Card online for the state, District and each of Clear Creek ISD's campuses as well as definitions of the terms used in the SRC. The School Report Cards are also available on the District website and every campus web site.

A more complete report about Clear Creek ISD schools, the Texas Academic Performance Report (TAPR), can also be accessed online by clicking here.

Federal Report Card The Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) requires each State education agency to prepare and publish an annual report card with state, district, and campus-level data. Information on this report card includes accountability results, student achievement data, teacher quality information, and more.

Click here to access the 2017-2018 Federal Report Cards online for the state, District and each of Clear Creek ISD's campuses. The Federal Report Cards are also available on the District website and every campus web site.

The Federal Report Card provides data organized into fourteen (14) sections, including academic growth, graduation rates, school quality or student success data and more.

Should you have difficulty accessing the information from either the School Report Card or Federal Report card websites, hard copies of the reports are available at the District or campus office. If you have questions about the information, please contact the Department of Assessment and Evaluation at 281.284.8384.

Sincerely,
