AT Leader Credential Check List: ReadingComplete the 4 Day AT Leader TrainingPass the AT Foundational Assessment. AT Assessment Competency for ReadingSelect a student who is using/needs to be using assistive technology for reading.Download the AT Consideration, Implementation and Follow Up form Complete the REED section using reading data from the student’s file and other district data sources (e.g. Classroom assessments, DIBELS/AIMSweb, NWEA Map, district-wide assessments, other standardized assessments). Determine if additional data is needed. Administer and interpret The Protocol for Accommodations in Reading (PAR) or the Upar – found in the AT Leader google drive Complete the SETT portion of the AT Consideration, Implementation and Follow Up form. Determine if AT is necessary. Review the data to determine if AT is necessary and which AT tool to trial. Write the AT Trial, select data collection forms to monitor progress and indicate AT tool selection.Conduct the trial and gather the trial data. Review the data and determine the tool effectiveness. Complete the AT Trial follow up section and attach the trial data.
