❖ Assignment: Write a 75 – 100 word essay about your best friend.
This person can be your actual best friend or someone that you consider your best friend:
boy/girlfriend, mom, dad, favorite cousin, etc.
** You are NOT permitted to use a pet as your best friend.
❖ Value: The composition is worth 25 points and is calculated as an assessment.
Remember, assessments make up 50% of your grade!!
❖ Important details:
a) A double-spaced rough draft is due ___________________________

c) The paper is to be no less than 75 words in length.
d) It must be typed, double-spaced, size 14 font.
e) The paper must be written entirely in Spanish, with the exception of the person’s name.
f) A title is mandatory

8) personality traits that are associated with their likes and dislikes.
9) AND a somewhat recent photo of your paper’s subject must be
included in your paper.

Mi mejor amigo
Mi mejor amigo se llama Carlos Thagard.
Tiene 47 años. Carlos es de Arizona. Él es muy alto, gordito y guapo. Él tiene pelo negro.
Carlos es un poco atlético y muy cómico. A Carlos le gusta jugar al golf en la primavera. Nos gusta jugar al tenis y pasear cuando hace buen tiempo. Carlos no es artístico. No le gusta dibujar o escribir poemas. Carlos es muy inteligente y muy trabajador. A él le gusta leer y trabajar. No es perezoso, pero le gusta descansar también. Es muy bueno y simpático.
