2. Course Objectives

|Building Understanding |Ensure understanding of the fundamentals of CTP, modalities and mechanisms for delivery, its implications|

| |to operations, interoperability of functions, and be able to speak the language of CTP programs. |

|Building Skills |Develop fundamental competences for operations staff to execute and deliver CTP and share best practices |

| |for specific activities. |

|Building Synergies |Build inter-functional understanding for more-effective cooperation and streamlining of CTP programs. |

3. Workshop content

The main sessions of the training were facilitated as per the following table:

12 of the selected participants have completed the five (5) training days and 2 participants only four days with active participation. In general, it appears that the participants thought that the training objectives were met. Most of the participants did report that their own skills and knowledge necessary to implement CTP had been strengthened as the result of the training

Do you have any specific comments or feedback about the delivery of the course?

- I think it needed more time, It was very Fast Containing a lot of Aspects

- Timing of the course was not excellent because most of the participants are finance people and on the first week of the month need to work on month end.

- Thanks a lot, it’s very useful training

- Involve program staff to produce more discussions

- The delivery of the course was excellent in general
