"SPRINGTIME IN THE COUNTRY" APRIL 25 & 26, 2020

8 AM TO 4 PM - RAIN OR SHINE

Space rental is $130.00 per space. Spaces are 20' x 20'. Vehicles over 20', 2 spaces required.

Spaces sold in the office on the Friday before the show or at the Gatehouse on Saturday or Sunday from 5 AM to 8 AM will be $140.00 CASH ONLY.

The Lessee must be personally present in their space during show hours and cannot sublet any of that space nor sell any items not listed on their contract. Any items not listed on your contract must be removed.

Stormville Airport Flea Market, Inc. reserves the right to limit the number of vendors that sell certain merchandise at each show. These items include but are not limited to: dollar items, health & beauty aides, handbags, jewelry, perfume, socks, sunglasses, cell phone accessories, sports merchandise/memorabilia, etc. Please call our office for a complete list.

YOUR SPACES WILL ONLY BE HELD UNTIL

APRIL 6TH.

Any vendor displaying or selling merchandise that misrepresents the quality or condition of such merchandise or giving false information regarding said merchandise will be subject to arrest.

Any vendor selling cosmetics, perfume, sports merchandise or any name brand item must have proof identifying them as an authorized representative, manufacturer or distributor of those items when submitting application.

Send MONEY ORDERS ONLY. NO CHECKS. Mail to above address.

Make MONEY ORDERS payable to PAT CARNAHAN. Please enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope.

You will receive a gate pass to grounds after we receive your Money Order.

NOTICE ALL DEALERS

MAKE SURE YOU ARE SET UP IN THE CORRECT SPACE. IF YOU ARE NOT IN THE CORRECT SPACE YOU WILL HAVE TO MOVE. SET UP OR NOT. CHECK YOUR GATE PASS.

Space rental is nonrefundable and/or nontransferable to other shows.

ARRIVAL TIME: Gates open to exhibitors Saturday 5 AM to 8 AM and Sunday 5 AM to 8 AM.

One vehicle may remain in each selling space.

Bring your own table, chairs, umbrellas, canopies, etc. Make sure your umbrellas and canopies are well tied down in case of wind. Your valuables and delicate items should be displayed accordingly. Neither merchandise, tarps or guide wires may extend into the walkways. Booths and aisles must be kept clear for safe access throughout the show.

NO BULLHORNS ALLOWED

NO HAWKING

Sound shall be kept to a minimum on all radios, TV'S and record players.

No electric hookup will be supplied. You must have your own generator.

NO FOOD OR BEVERAGES MAY BE SOLD BY EXHIBITORS.

The sale or free distribution of any of the following is PROHIBITED:

Fireworks and other pyrotechnics; weapons including guns, swords, knives, chemicals, pharmaceuticals and over the counter drugs, controlled substances and/or related paraphernalia; pornographic literature, photos, films, videos or other products; any counterfeit products or products bearing counterfeit, imitation or colorable trademarks, unlicensed merchandise or other false descriptions or designations of origin or any other items that are illegal to sell in New York State, and any items actions or activities that are deemed by the manager of the show to be either a threat to the safety of the patrons or offensive to the image of the Flea Market will not be allowed to be displayed or sold.

All vendors are responsible for their own garbage. At the close of each show, pick up and take home with you any trash that has accumulated on your site. Do not move your garbage to another vendor's site or place it in or around walkway barrels. All sites will be patrolled and inspected at the end of each show, and violators will no longer be permitted to exhibit at Stormville.

Exhibitors shall at all times conduct themselves in an acceptable and orderly manner. Excess noise and/or foul language are grounds to be expelled from the current and all future shows.
