Daylight Donuts Stores Showcase Locally-Made Products

Customers can now pair donuts with Roasterie Coffee & Shatto Milk

A new custom blend of Roasterie Coffee aroma now melds with the smell of fresh glazed donuts in the cases at Cameron Industry's 6-local Daylight Donuts locations. Pints of fresh Shatto milk in many fun flavors are also available for customers wanting a glass of milk with their long john, apple fritter, custard-filled bismark, chocolate cake or other variety of Daylight donuts.

Daylight Donuts created their own special coffee blend in partnership with The Roasterie Coffee. Teams of both companies met and created the ideal blend for pairing coffee and donuts. This new custom blend features beans and a flavor profile from 4 different countries. Due to the proximity and freshness of The Roasterie, coffee could reach the customers in little as 12 hours from the time the beans were roasted. Also, the beans will now be ground right in the stores for even fresher taste.

Cameron Industry, headquartered in Lansing, KS, owns six Kansas franchise locations in the cities of Lansing, Leavenworth, Lenexa, Gardner, Olathe and downtown Overland Park.

"We are thrilled to partner with The Roasterie and Shatto Milk to showcase products made locally among our fresh-baked donut selection," says owner Andrew Cameron, a local native himself. "Pairing our fresh donuts with Roasterie Coffee and Shatto Milk made perfect sense. Not to mention, those companies are family owned just like us. We are also proud to note that the wheat in our flour was grown in Kansas!"

The Roasterie is a specialty coffee-roasting company that services espresso bars, coffeehouses, fine restaurants, high-end grocers, offices, retail accounts, and coffee lovers in Kansas City and around the world. Shatto Milk Company is a small, family owned and operated, dairy farm located just north of the Kansas City metropolitan area.
