[Windows 11]Why does the F3 Recovery not working after upgrading to Windows 11?

This is due to the system structure changed in Windows 11. To restore to the original system, please refer to following methods.

Before starting... Keep the AC power connected during the whole update process. An external USB flash drive is required for later use.

I. Follow the instruction below to perform the system restore using the recovery USB.

1. Download the WinRE tool. 2. Unzip the folder and copy all files inside the folder to an empty USB flash drive. 3. Reboot the system and press F11 to select the USB flash drive as the boot disk.

4. Wait until MSI Recovery System window shows up.

5. Click on System Partition Recovery button to start the system restore. 6. Wait until the recovery process complete; reboot the system to have the factory settings restored.

II. If you have already created the system backup file from MSI software before upgrade to Windows 11, use the backup file to restore the system.

*Notebooks that bundled with MSI Center/MSI Dragon Center/MSI Creator Center, follow the Section III in instructions to restore the system back to the factory settings by using the recovery/backup file that has been created before the update.

*Notebooks that bundled with MSI Center Pro, follow the instructions (tutorial) to restore the system by using the system backup files.
