Having read Exodus 20 on the Ten Commandments, and completed an examination of conscience, we will begin to strengthen your understanding of their meaning.

A commandment is an authoritative order, a moral principle by which you live. The laws we have today stem from the Ten Commandments Moses gave to the Israelites.

You may write these in a positive way, I shall or I will.., or more command method, I shall not or I will not…

Let’s begin with you. What are some things you consider when it comes to your relationship with yourself such as health of your mind and body and spirit, your attitude, your future, etc..?
